ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Cabo Unico silver tequila

  • 0.5 oz natural syrup
  • 0.5 oz yellow lime juice
  • 15 g red poblano chile (poached)
  • 5 g basil flower
  • Large ice cube

preparation:

  • Macerate the red poblano chile (poached), previously roasted, with the tequila, natural syrup, yellow lime juice with tequila, natural syrup, yellow lime juice and red poblano chile. 

  • Add to the shaker glass and shake for 10 seconds.

  • In a rocks glass, add the ice cube, pour the cocktail and garnish with basil flower.
