Day of the Death

ingredients:

  • 1 oz Cabo Unico aged tequila
  • 1 oz natural syrup
  • Marigold flower
  • 100 ml mandarin orange juice
  • Mint
  • Black salt

preparation:

  • In shaker glass add tequila and mint, press with bat to merge, add tangerine juice, natural syrup, ice, and shake for 10 seconds.
  • Frost rocks glass with black salt and add large ice cube.
  • Serve using shaker strainer and garnish with marigold flower.
