Jamaica Cabo

ingredients:

  • 1 oz Cabo Unico aged tequila
  • 1 oz chile ancho liqueur
  • 1 oz natural syrup
  • Hibiscus salt (recipe in preparation)
  • Sea salt
  • Chili powder
  • Hibiscus flower

preparation:

  • Add aged tequila Cabo Unico, ancho chile liqueur, natural syrup and ice to shaker glass and shake for 10 seconds.
  • Frost glass with hibiscus salt (1 tablespoon of sea salt, 1 tablespoon of chili powder and 1 tablespoon of dehydrated hibiscus, put in glass and press with the shaker to make a homogeneous mixture).
  • Serve in a rocks glass with large ice and add hibiscus flower as decoration.
