Roasted Pineapple Margarita

ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz Cabo Unico aged tequila
  • 1/oz roasted pineapple
  • 1 jalapeño bell pepper (sliced)
  • Chili powder
  • Roasted pineapple slice
  • Orange slice

preparation:

  • In shaker glass add ice, rested tequila, roasted pineapple previously crushed with whisk, jalapeño bell pepper slice and shake for 15 seconds.
  • Frost rocks glass with chili powder, pour the shake with strainer and garnish with jalapeño bell pepper slice, roasted pineapple slice and orange slice.
