ingredients:

  • 1 oz Cabo Unico silver tequila
  • 0.5 oz Cabo Unico blend of chili peppers
  • 0.5 oz yellow lime juice
  • 0.2 oz yuzu

  • 1 oz agave syrup
  • 10 g cilantro
  • 15 g yellow corn (roasted)
  • 0.5 oz persian lime

PREPARATION:

  • Macerate yellow corn (roasted) and add to the shaker cup.
  • Mix all ingredients and shake for 10 seconds.
  • Serve in martini glass with a double strainer.
  • Garnish with a roasted corn slice and cilantro sprig.
